Andrea Javor Wrote A Satirical Piece About Motherhood In The 90s
For McSweeney’s, Andrea Javor wrote a satirical essay about what it was like being a mother in the 90s. Javor told Study Hall, “[The] ‘mom, what were you like in the 90s’ trend on social media was irking me, so I wrote a satirical take on what it was really like back then and my favorite illustrator, Asha Dore, created hilarious graphics to make the piece come to life.”
